Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they contain relevant information about your rights and obligations. These terms and conditions include various limitations and exclusions of liability, as well as a clause regulating jurisdiction and competence regarding conflict resolution and applicable law.
By the mere fact of accessing, viewing or using the materials or services accessible on or through the website www.wondermeal.ch, the user declares to acknowledge and accept these "terms and conditions" as legally equivalent to a document signed by written and binding.
Terms of purchase

The contract between the Customer and Wondermeal is finalized with the acceptance of the proposal by the Customer and with the advance payment of the total price (including VAT) of the programs covered by the proposal (the "Programs").

The price paid will not be returned in the event that the Customer intends to interrupt and/or suspend the supply for any cause or reason not attributable to a default by Wondermeal.

The Packages include, depending on the case, the delivery of a box thermal bag containing five meals.

l Packages are delivered once a day from Monday to friday at the address indicated. Delivery takes place between 7:30 - 11:00. In the event of non-delivery in the contractually agreed place and time for any cause not attributable to Wondermeal or the Courier, including - by way of example - the absence and/or unavailability of the Customer or the incorrect indication of the Customer's address , Wondermeal will not have any responsibility for the Failure to Deliver and the Customer will not be entitled to a replacement delivery or a refund of the price. Furthermore, Wondermeal, at its discretion, may charge the Customer for any expenses incurred as a result of the Failure to Deliver. After delivery, any responsibility for the conservation of the meals contained in the same is the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. The duration of the meals from the moment of delivery to the Customer, if placed immediately in the refrigerator, is 48 hours.

The Customer declares, under his sole responsibility, to be in perfect health, to be aware that the Packages include low/high-calorie meals and not to be affected by allergies, food intolerances and/or pathologies of any nature which require and / or exclude a particular diet, exempting Wondermeal from any and all liability in this regard.

The Customer declares to be aware and to accept that the Programs (including the meals provided by them, advice, suggestions, etc.) have no therapeutic content and/or properties and to accept that the Customer is not provided with any guarantee of loss of weight.

Wondermeal does not allow the use of its services and the purchase of Packages by minors under the age of 18.
Privacy Policy
Wondermeal uses personal data only for their purposes and does not pass them on to third parties. Wondermeal has its own database and independently manages its addresses. These addresses are neither sold nor passed on to third parties. Your e-mail address is regarded as personal data for your identification and is subject to the Federal Data Protection Act (LPD, RS 235.1). It is used exclusively by Wondermeal and is not transferred to third parties under any circumstances. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Each newsletter contains a direct link which unsubscribes easily and automatically.
Secure data transmission
The personal data inserted in the web or communication forms during the subscription to the newsletter or for a contact request, are transmitted to us through a secure connection and in an encrypted form. The security procedure used (SSL, Secure Sockets Layer) corresponds to the current state of the art.
SSL encryption (recognizable by the prefix https:// in the address line of the browser) is a protocol for encrypting data during transmission from the web server to the browser which offers a particularly high degree of security. When your personal data is transmitted, during the passage from your computer to our SSL server it is encrypted with SSL protocol.
Wondermeal web pages
When visiting the Internet pages of Wondermeal, the web server records, in order to optimize the site and compile statistics, so-called tracking data, which make it possible to analyze the use of the site by users. This tracking data does not make it possible to identify individual users (anonymised IP address) or to identify individual persons.
For the registration of tracking data, the Internet pages of Wondermeal use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter «Google»). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files saved on your computer that allow the website to analyze the use of the pages by users. Anonymised usage data is transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there.
Google uses this information to analyze the use of the website, compile reports on website activity for Wondermeal and provide other services connected with website activity and internet usage.
